He received his Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Arizona where he was a member of the Law Review. After law school, Chris was a Captain, Judge Advocate Division, U. S. Marine Corps. Chris is a Certified Real Estate Specialist with the State Bar of Arizona.

John N. Skiba

John attended Brigham Young University earning a degree in Sociology and then attended William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada, Las Vegas. While attending law school John served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Robert C. Jones, United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada (now Federal District Court Judge) gaining additional experience and understanding into the role of bankruptcy in business. John also received the CALI award for excellence in Trial Advocacy.

Benjamin A. Skinner

Benjamin is an Arizona native raised in Mesa where he obtained extensive experience in the construction industry. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree at Arizona State University with heavy emphasis in Biology and Chemistry. Benjamin received his Juris Doctor from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. During law school, he completed a judicial externship with the Honorable Michelle Leavitt in Clark County District Court.

Christopher J. Charles

Christopher represents real property owners and developers in a variety of areas, including, but not limited to, breach of contract disputes, non-disclosure disputes, and land use / zoning issues. Christopher also represents commercial landlords and tenants with commercial lease negotiations and asset purchase agreements. Additionally, Christopher represents Arizona real estate professionals with licensing issues with the governing agencies, including the Arizona Department of Real Estate. Finally, Christopher’s practice also includes Homeowner Association law.

Aaron M. Green

Aaron is an Arizona native born in Tucson. He obtained his B.A. in Political Science at the University of Arizona in 1996. Aaron earned his Juris Doctor from Arizona State University, College of Law. During law school, Aaron served as an Associate Articles Editor for the Arizona State Law Journal. Aaron is also a licensed Mortgage Broker in both Arizona and California.

Adam Martinez

Adam is a native of Arizona. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in political science from Arizona State University, focusing his studies in the area of classical political philosophy. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where he was president of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society student chapter, and a member of the college’s pro bono board. Adam also externed at the City of Mesa Attorneys Office where he focused his work on annexation and development agreements.
