Condemnation is the legal process by which the government exercises its right of "eminent domain" to acquire private property for public uses, through litigation. We represent clients seeking protection against eminent domain.

We represent buyers and homebuilders regarding contract interpretation and construction disputes.

We prepare basic estate planning documents , such as wills, revocable living trusts, financial powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, and living wills. We also assist clients in the administration of an estate through both formal and informal probate court proceedings
