ASU Lecture by Attorney Chris Combs
November 6th, 2017
Arizona State University Lecture by Attorney Chris Combs to the Upper-Level Contemporary Policy Challenges class (ASU School of Public Affairs) on Real Estate Disclosure Obligations
On October 24, 2017, Mr. Combs gave this lecture at ASU on the disclosure obligations of real estate sellers and agents: WHY DO SELLERS, AND REAL ESTATE AGENTS, OF A HOME IN ARIZONA HAVE TO DISCLOSE TO THE BUYER A LEAKY ROOF, BUT NOT A CONVICTED CHILD MOLESTER LIVING NEXT-DOOR? WHAT PUBLIC POLICY SUPPORTS THIS DISTINCTION?
Mr. Combs would be happy to present this lecture for 30 minutes to an hour to any civic group, real estate brokerage firm, or similar organization, if there will be a minimum 25 persons in attendance. For more information please contact Debbie Goosen at (602) 957-9810 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
