Combs Law Group’s Christopher Charles introduced Col. Sather with the Salvation Army at the Politics on the Rocks event as they announced the opportunity for the Phoenix area to benefit from the Kroc Recreational Building in South Mountain.
Christopher represents real property owners and developers in a variety of areas, including, but not limited to, breach of contract disputes, non-disclosure disputes, and land use / zoning issues. Christopher also represents commercial landlords and tenants with commercial lease negotiations and asset purchase agreements. Additionally, Christopher represents Arizona real estate professionals with licensing issues with the governing agencies, including the Arizona Department of Real Estate. Finally, Christopher’s practice also includes Homeowner Association law.
