Scott M. Hesla
Scott Hesla focuses his practice in the areas of real estate and administrative law. Prior to joining Combs Law Group, Scott was an Administrative Law Judge with the Arizona Corporation Commission where he presided over complex hearings involving some of the largest utility companies in the Southwest. Before becoming an Administrative Law Judge, Scott gained extensive experience as counsel for the Commission, during which time he litigated cases involving public utility law, environmental law, and energy policy in state and federal courts. Scott is a former staff attorney for the Complex Civil Litigation Division of the Maricopa County Superior Court where he prepared rulings in a variety of cases, including real estate disputes. Outside of the office, Scott enjoys riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle and SCUBA diving in new places throughout the world.
